FrustratedI'm serious. they put me in the position to be a manager, yet I don't have the pay or the authority. But then I'm only working with new people and training all the defective ones! I'm serious, why do I get the fat kid who won't move fast at all and won't freaking clean, and then day crew get's the nice girl who works really really well and is really nice and LISTENS.
get this: I'm getting paid $6.20/hr. the Minimum wage here is $6.15/hr. and I've worked there for 8 freaking months!!!
